Yea my bananas were rotting so what a girl to do?

Muffins! From Alton Brown's cookbooks =D!

It all began here, you can see why I had to use them so urgently.
Always bring a banana to the party!

A whole freaking stick of butter! Melted over simmering water. Let it cool~

Dry stuff! Flour, baking soda, salt...and I made a mistake here, I put the sugar in there too, but I soon saw that sugar was supposed to be part of the "wet works" ;_;.

Eggs! It was supposed to be two large eggs but my mother bought EXTRA large so I had to weight each egg to get the smallest ones. Alton actually wrote that it's supposed to be 100g of eggs, in any other situation I'll be pretty peeved since the two eggs weighed around 110 so basically, they were like large eggs. ~rip-off~
Sorry, rambling, but of course, bananas are much more interesting.

Tah~

Mix the eggs with the butter.

Mash the bananas. Preferably with a potato masher but I didn't have one, a fork suffices.
Bring the banana! Why? Good source of potassium!

Mixed it with the sugar, well most of the sugar, and a bit of flour...I tried to scoop it out the best I could!

Time for some mixin'!

I really like close-ups. The final batter.

In the tins...
Lets review our assets, I have a banana...

Ta-dah!!!!!!

Mmmmmm. Bluffin' with my banana muffin...
It was really moist, and soft, and, delicious! I like bananas, bananas are good =D!

but still though, they look tasty.
Heh, I didn't have to measure them but my eggs were extra-large when the recipe called for large so I was trying to find the smallest ones =/.
um, would you like the specific measurements of the ingredients?
Overripe bananas - 340g/12oz or 3 to 4 bananas
Sugar - 210g/7.5oz or one cup
Dry Goods:
All-purpose flour - 220g/7.75oz or 1.5 cups
Oat flour - 35g/1.25oz or 1/3 cup (I didn't use this though, didn't have enough bananas...)
Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Wet Works 2:
Unsalted butter - 8 tablespoons or 1 stick
Eggs - 100g/3.25oz or 2 large
Almost extract - 1 teaspoon
Bananas are so good, I can't fathom how anyone can not like it =D!
And yayz! I love you, you're like the first person to get the reference =D!
